JoAnne is a native Londoner and has been in the real estate business since 1994. During that time she devoted 10 years developing LandMarketer, an agricultural website and real estate publication, which has given her an edge when it comes to marketing and technology. Her philosophy is simple, know your clients needs and objectives, know the product and know the marketplace. The blend of these components along with a “hands-on” personalized approach and professionalism is what she strives for with every client. JoAnne has a real familiarity with the agricultural climate in Southwestern Ontario and rural properties is an area she particularly enjoys.

Philip's background is in the areas of farming and machinery dealership including the supply of farm inputs in Western Canada. He began his real estate career in 1979. Philip has been selling farms in Ontario and Western Canada since that time and has actively been involved with the overseas market in Western Europe. Philip has built his reputation with his knowledge and expertise in the marketing and negotiating of the sale of large commercial farm operations. Philip also was involved in the management and ownership of a 1,600 acres cash crop/hog farm operation in Manitoba until 2009.
